1) Choose a cemetery memorial and add it to your shopping cart, be sure your chosen memorial meets your cemetery 's requirements. One of our customer service representatives can contact your cemetery and acquire this information for you at no charge, just contact us with the location and name of the cemetery prior to ordering.
2) Once you have selected a memorial and added it to the cart you can select a design, to be engraved on your headstone if desired, and add it to the cart. If you have your own designs, we can engrave them into your chosen headstone or grave marker as well.
3) You can check out with the cart option, or you can place your order by phone and request to be invoiced. Please include a daytime phone number you can be contaced at, incase we have any questions about your order.
4) Use the Comments section in checkout to submit any inscriptions/epitaphs you wish to be engraved on your chosen memorial. Be sure to include the font style you desire. Please contact us prior to ordering your memorial if you will require more than the basic engraving.
5) Once your order is placed we will create a picture of what your cemetery memorial will look like with your chosen engraved designs, epitaphs and inscriptions(proof). We will then Email a copy of the proof to you that requires your approval before your headstone can be engraved and shipped. Once you have approved the proof your memorial is promptly engraved and shipped.
